  • @GDanielCho I tried it for a while some years back, didn't seem to make much difference, so I abandoned it. I am sure it might work for some, but I didn't want to have to keep buying a $80 plus bulb every year. My pond is about 3300 gallons.

  • @adm458nelson my algae is tooo crazy, string algae, stuck on the sides, and in the water making it look like soup haha, have you tried out a uv light?

  • @GDanielCho Fortunately, I don't have any stringy algae in the pond, just at the top of the filter area and the water fall which is easy to clean off. I do get some along the pond sides, but the fish love to eat that. In fact, I often feed them some algae when I clean the waterfall of the stuff. Great source of food for them.

  • @adm458nelson haha mine is always getting dirty! people say to go natural but i think ima get a filter... air flow isnt enough to keep algae away haha

  • @GDanielCho Thanks, (although a little late). Always an enjoyable place to be, but a little hard work at times. Still, it's worth it.

  • pretty :D
