hiya..this could be a nicer tut if you explained what tools your using as well as the how to make it duplicate and rotate so quickly..alot of us are very new to this and really dont undertand how each tool works..I like the idea your showing but Im not sure how it was done..Dont get me wrong, Im not being a critic here, just wanted you to let you know how bad newbies like myslef need to explanations : )

when u hovered the top swirl over the bottom how did u align them perfectly..for some reason my illustrator doesnt align correctly..ill be holding the top swirl and its aligned then I release the mouse and it nudges itself over for some reason. I have this problem with any aligning..I've tried locking Ive tried lookin into adjusting the grid..what am I doing wrong?
