  • i used to make undercarriages for these. i always thought the design for them was rather poor.

  • So do a lot of us operators.

  • I have always wondered what is the weight of these bobcat excavators 4 tons? less?

  • This one's 10,000 lbs.

  • smaller and heavier. XD

  • Yeah. About 2,000 lbs more than a 334, and I think a 334 still can lift more weight, with the counterweight on the back.

But once you get used to the small loss of lifting capacity, the zero swing is NICE!

  • Hi there, I'm considering purchasing one of these units, however I notice you have some negative comments about it, would you recommend or is there something better?

    Thanks!

    Bob

  • We have a 430 (just like that with a Cab, Breaker and other attachments) and its awesome. My Dad bought it new back in '03 With a Cab, Fast Track Drive, Angle Blade, Several Buckets, Hydraulic Thumb, Breaker, Trencher, Auger, Ripper, Plate Compactor, and a Rotating Grapple. At first he was regretting it because of the price but after a Few jobs he's glad he did! Now it's got 2,193 hours on it. Overall, the 430ZHS is a very nice Excavator and the Zero Tail swing is AWESOME, the best feature.

  • Alright, you win, I'm subbing. HAHA. I've been watching your videos for a long time. 5 star!

Those breakers are awesome. I got to use one a couple years ago on a bobcat skid steer inside an old tie stall dairy barn knocking out all the curbs to convert it to a hay storage!

  • That is a montabert/IR breaker, the same as we use on our neuson excavator. I think they are OEM breaker for bobcat also?

But our Atlas Copcos make the same size Rammer and montabert breakers look like toys...

The AC breakers are way better, and strike back on the machine a lot less = doesnt break the machine :)

But i like the quick tool change system!

  • i like that

  • *****!

  • A mini excavator is awsome. Great idea, I want one! Next great idea..put a dildo on that concrete breaker for the humor of it. I want to see a rubber prick jiggle beyond belief.
