you guys are trippin, chocolate yogurt isn't that bad, probably only 180 calories for 2 scoops. 2 Tb. of chocolate syrup is only 120, then almond butter is only 80 calories. of course whipped cream is extra, so without whipped cream the first drink is only around 400 calories. thats not that bad at all, especially for an active child that should take in around 2, 300 calories a day. lol.
It's nice that you and your daughter are making fun treats together. My I suggest an electric blender so you don't have to turn it yourself?
