Halo 3 Grunt Birthday Party Skull

This Skull is on lvl 2 (Crows nest) It is the Best Skull
If you only get one skull get this one.
It makes it so when you head shot a grunt conffetee to comeout of the grunt.
It is silver so you dont get an achivement for it.
Make sure you start from the Beginning of the level or it wont be there.
