A Jesuit is a very learned Catholic priest. It's a special branch of the Catholic church that was put together to be a counter-reformation movement.

Compare Isaiah 14:12 between the King James Version and the New International Version. The verse talks about Satan's fall from heaven. The KJV calls Satan by his angelic name, Lucifer. However, the NIV calls him the "morning star." In Revelation 22:16, Jesus is called the morning star. In other words, the NIV in Isaiah 14:12 takes a title that belongs only to Jesus and applies it to Satan. This fits in nicely with New Age doctrine which teaches that Lucifer and Jesus are one and the same.

@AlalmF I pointed this out to a guy who's been in the church since the 70's. He looked it up on his little electronic pocket bible and said "No. I doesn't say that." When I know it says this thing. He went on to say that all bibles are the same. Just pray for him.

well the NiV is a correct translation of the Hebrew and so is the king james...the name Lucifer has a meaning.
