I was focusing on moving the weight with some body momentum when I needed it. I was not trying ot be super strict with this.
My whole goal was to move the weight.
Barbell cheat curls 135x5-185x, 205x3 (PR for me)
Alternate standing dbell press 70x3, 75x3, 75x5
Barbell bench press 275x3-5 reps
seated rear delt 55x8, 75x8
Sit-ups not shown 25# for 20 reps, 45# for 3 sets of 5.

  • @MrPrestigeMagic It depends on how you do it, but for the most part yes the muscles will work less. I was going for an explosive jolt to get the bar moving as if I was wrestling with someone. In grappling your not going to do a strict pull of the opponenet your going to latch on to him and use all your force to snatch him up. It all depends on the person goals.
