  • Complete quads can have some arm function too. It all depends on the level of injury. I'm a c6 complete and can move my arms, but not my hands and I can't move my arms into certain positions.

  • This is incorrect. Quadriplegics are not necessarily unable to move their arms.

  • @capnhands best comment EVER!

  • too bad those lazy dumbshit scientists are too busy researching erectile dysfunction instead of spinal cord injury.

  • Ummmmmm

  • My father is a quad, although I don't know the particular level.

  • @bill3209 Idiotic comment. Besides complete and incomplete lesions, a spinal cord injury doesn't have to completely paralyse all four limbs in order to qualify as quadriplegia. A partial loss of function in the upper limbs is enough.

  • I just posted a video about a technique I taught to a Quadriplegic client of mine based on Chi Gung that helped him with both spasticity as well as his bowel routine. You'd find it under Quadriplegic/Connecting by michael10901.I am a medical massage therapist as well as a PTA. Good luck, keep that positive attitude cranking.

  • poor woman.. at least she can breathe on her own.

  • poor lady :(

  • Hi, I'm a c5 quad myself, great video, always good to see such positive reporting on spinal injury. If you want to see my video, type Personal Everest into the search box.
