People always talk about "imagine what the next Ozzy album would have been like". Well according to Randy there wasn't ever going to be another Ozzy album with him playing on it. He was ready to move on to do solo work that was keyboard based rock but never got that chance. So if there was a next album it was going to be something entirely different anyways. So as far as Ozzy songs we never got to hear, well there never was any more planned so we got all the Ozzy songs we were going to get.

Is that Seed of Memory by Terry Reid?

@petedogg369 "He was ready to move on to do solo work that was keyboard based rock but never got that chance" This is incorrect. he wanted to go to school and get a degree in classical guitar, not do solo work. Possibly in the future maybe but he wanted to study music.

I still listen to this song 5 times a day, the rhythm is great and Randy blows them away hahaha

It sounds really old to me. Must be Randy. I can tell because of the way he's trilling the strings he did on the Crazy Train solo.

Sounds like a slow version of Rocking Roll Hoocie Coo

@flubno I think Randy was a little guy, maybe around 5'5" with heels but he was a MASSIVE musician nevertheless! It doesn't matter how big or small you are, as long as you can play and rock out. Have you ever heard of Angus and Malcolm Young?

@petedogg369 very wrong, yes randy was to quit, but he still was locked in a contract, which still held him to another album and tour. plus his mom even said that he was sketching a new album out with ozzy, so there ya go. and he was only going to quit do to stress from the road, mabye somtime when he was well good and rested he would have joined ozzy for another album or two in the 90s, the point is that randy would have left he could. but he couldnt
There is no way of verifying this is real... Doesn't really sound like Rhoads....
