I have this Panasonic HDTV and it has a Fantastic picture. I also play my Xbox 360 games on it. A Plasma display is a great display to game on. The picture is amazing. Once you go Plasma, you'll never want to go back to a LCD display.

Awesome...gonna order the same model, expect the 46' size instead. I am ordering online as I am getting a great deal. This video helps me with looks of it in a home environment. And that stand is the same as mine, only difference my is black counter instead of glass. That's for the video...this helped me decide over a couple others!

It does give off heat like plasmas do, but it doesn't really bother me.

So how are the Wii Vids' coming along? Anyways, I actually checked out the PN50A550 yesterday as well as the 85U....All i can say is the Sammy had better color, while the Panny had the slight edge on blacks. And i've been hearing about the green ghosting that happens while playing videogames on the 85U, don't know if that's a problem for some of them or all.But ya, the 800U is the king of plasmas right now(besides pioneer) but they're pretty expensive.

I posted a video of Halo 3 in our video channel. Quality really sucks so it probably wont help much.

Hi ,I'm interested in buying this tv but i'm very concerned about glare and reflection issues as my living room is big and has a lot of double windows.Could you please let me know how the tv performs in bright light environment.
Thanks

LCDs are generally better with regard to glare and bright rooms. However, when it gets dark, the flaws of LCDs become very apparent with relatively poor black levels and potentially uneven backlighting. I don't have great issues with reflections as they have improved the antireflective surfaces over the years as well as the brightness of plasmas. Go to a store and look at them from angles. There are lots of bright lights in there which could give you some idea of reflections.
