Geoengineering: Aluminum Vapor is what they are spraying!

This is the only video known out of many meetings to really talk about Alumnia allothers it is sulfur. this is from the Feb 20 2010 Meeting in San Diego with David Keith talking about Alumina. Alumina is an oxide not to be confused with Aluminum. The levels of this compound has been on the rise starting in the late 1980's. The talk about the use of geo-engineering for the future is a lie . It has been going on for a long time. The recent rash of talks about geo-engineerings 2009- and 2010 is to sell this without a mention it is on going.
The fall of 2010 was the start of the first large scale GLOBAl experiment of geo-engineering. Daily reports from around the world are evident.
There is no regulations on geo-engineering so you could do this at will yourself if you have the funds.
