How were they super accomplished? So what if they made appearances before, that just means they didn't sit around and wait for American Idol to lift them from the ground. I'm sure all of those people worked hard to appear in those shows and CDs and they worked hard to get on american idol too. It wasn't just something that they did on a whim and good for them.

number one. she didnt get eliminated. she got s=disqualified because she had connections with producers and 19 entertainment. 2. she was a professional and this show is for amateurs only. its not because she is too talented there is actuallypeple on idol that are waaaay better than she is. just because you a pro singer doesnt mean you have better vocals.

she did not get kicked out over her label deal. it was because she had connection with people that work on the show. the other people you mentioned didnt have that connection
its not like she would have made top 12 anyway. this looks to be one of the toughest year Ever on idol with at least 12 contestants that are better and more interesting than joanna. she wouldnt have had a chance.

I've loved her song "Out From Under" for a really long time so i was happy that she auditioned for the show....why did she hafta be frds with ppl from that particualar company?!?!
