El "Toastin" es un gran antecedente del futuro movimiento Hip Hop.
Pero no confundir: los fundadores del Hip Hop en Bronx, NO COLOCABAN REGGAE SINO FUNK, DISCO, hasta Rock.
EL legado Reggae-dancehall fue rescatado por KRS ONE por 1986 para la Nción Hip Hop.
