so right now, HONDA motor is currently checking the problem and having a HONDA tech working on it. to get all of the messages back.

and all u people says say the stock, DX, LX, or Hybrid non-premium RADIO dont work with this message GET READY for this:

i personally called HONDA MOTOR corp and asked about the stock radio messages.

i called 1-800-999-1009

and talked with ALEX his extension was #117760. ( go ahead and call, its real)

hes the manager that is currently on this case, and have personall notified me that all the CIVIC HAVE THE SAME RADIO SYSTEMS!!!! my LX have the same system as SI, just different colors.

@anonuhmys to all the people that says LX, DX's radio dont work, please double check...my 1st post...

i sware to god i drive a 2008 LX 4door, and when i was test driving the car with the sales person named "douglas" work in GOUDY honda of Alhambra, CA, 91801. he even told me he changed my stock message to Hello rather than WELCOME !!!

now the 3rd year my car dont even show that messages anymore.

@stargateforevers i own a 2008 HONDA CIVIC LX 4DOOR, i know what my eye saw!!! i bought my LX out the dealership less than 8 MILES out the door, and it says welcome.

now 3 years later, no more welcome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah the 1st year i owned the car says WELCOME

2nd year car says "click it or ticket"

now, NOTHING AT ALL !!!!

1st. i turned off the RADIO.

2nd i took out the keys compeletly.

3rd, i put the keys in at position II.

4th, i hold tune + power, dont work, only the radio turns on.

4th, i hit tune + power at the same time, dont work, only the radio turns on.

5th, starting to hiting my radio + hating my radio

6th, i called honda motor corp, no one even know about this message

the 2010 doesnt even say welcome..well the non Si version.i tryed to do this and it doesnt work..only Si version

This doesn't work without the premium audio system. Do u know how to get it to work?
