@HedgieDiva I don't agree with docking or cropping for cosmetic reasons the only valid excuse for these procedures to be carried out would be to a working LGD where it actually serves the purpose of giving the wolf nothing to get hold of in a fight with the LGD, I think the docking and cropping of any pet should be illegal which it thankfully is in my country. The only difference between Working and show type GSD is the structure and low drive of the show type the coat is the same :)

@TheInsomniac247 Docking shouldn't be done unless showing or as a breed avantage. I don't agree with Cropping either. My dog is a pure colby; Her ears aren't docked. leave the animals unless said above. I hate walking around seeing pitbull with docked tails. Medium coat is fine. My Shep has a medium coat. NO LONG. I've seen pleny of breeds with docked tails that sadly didn't look professional And I hate that. if it isn't done by an expert isn't done at all.

@HedgieDiva How am I a fool it's the same agument the damn show breeders use to get the long coat marked as a fault in the GSD when infact most GSD litters have long coated pups in them, show GSD have a medium length coat which is not a disadvantage to a working GSD , Plus the docking comment is also what people who do cosmetic docking use as an excuse to dock various breeds .
