my rescues seem to be doing better. getting another tank ready for cichlids, and another big, big tank ready for the monsters. the iridescent sharks seem to be doin a lot better, color looks good, but i need to remove the sharp rocks out of the tank, they bump into them some times and get scuffed up a bit.

  • @travisman1994 just under 140gallons. heres the thing, these fish grow HUGE! over 4ft in home aquaria. these guys are already getting too big for this tank. within the next 8 months to a year you will need at least this size tank if not bigger. im gettin ready to start on building a very, very large tank for my aro and these guys.

ive been told a minimum tank size is over 1000 gallons. i intend on making something that size.

best rule of thumb is have your fish look small in the tank. lol

  • What size tank? I have 2 iradescents about 6in long. What size tank do you think ill end up needing. I have a 55gl right now
