Reporting child abuse is one of the things that needs to be done more in this country. Everyday 4 children die as a result of it. Learning the stats is the best way to protect your children and know the importance of reporting even suspected child abuse. What is abuse? ANY form of physical harm to a child is abuse...this includes "spanking", which is a nice way of saying striking your child. People may disagree on what physical abuse is, but most of us know exactly what sexual abuse is. The next step is knowing how to prevent it. Go to darkness2light.org for more information.
