This hill climb is ridiculously steep. So steep that I haven't even considered it in my 4" extended wheelbase Samurai, but this Samurai walks right up it with a little finesse. This is 7 Up at Browns Camp in the Tillamook State Forest, OR.
Ok, i still don't agree with the nobbie tires. Several people tried the hill before me and they had nobbier tires than mine and couldn't make it half way the hill. I understand the people you've seen down there have more aggresive tires for a different terrain. I would mind having a more aggresive tire for a certain condition. The gear ratio is set up for that tire size and engine that is in that. The sami was built for rocks.
@WadeRod If you would have read my comment, it specifically said that the tires did not match the gearing. And crawlers where I'm from usually do better with a knobby tire because of the gear effect. And uh, I think that although the comment is 3 years old, I still stand behind it. And so does my education. Puis mon ami, notre qualite de vie n'est pas ci pire ici pour faire du "trolling" si c'est sur un lac pour la peche.
Thanks for pointing out my spelling mistake(s). Im actualy trilingual
@shaqthatwontbitebac Its not geared to low. You don't know what your talking about. The tread was just fine for rocks and a little dirt. If there was sticky mud or clay you would need more agressive tread to clean out but there wasn't any. You also need to learn how to spell.
Respect! very impressive drivig ;)

The video does the hill no justice. A buddy of mine made it in his stock K5 on 36s.
