  • @ExamSolutions Hey great videos, glad to see that you're doing Further Pure modules, thank you :) Just like to point out that 18i + 15i = 33i, not 34i, so it doesn't cancel down and a = -21/34 and b = 33/34. Great video though :)

  • in 3) 18i + 15i = 33i not 34i.

  • It's good thing you've shown me this because in Q4) when you subtracted the two fractions, I multiplied the fractions by their denominators first to get a lowest common denominator (like I was dealing with algebraic fractions) and I got a completely wrong answer. So I must always rationalize the fractions first.
