http://www.carnerandgregor.com In our song WALL LOVIN', the singer tells us that he just moved to the city from Malvern, Ohio, which is, "right next to Waynesburg, but that won't help, I'm sure." When we chose those towns, they were just two dots on a map. But, on our trip from New York to Chicago, we decided to stop in Malvern and Waynesburg and see them for ourselves.
Ha! You passed my house. xD

Thanks for coming to Malvern! How cool is that to be mentioned in a song! In 1980 a TV film company came very close to Malvern and filmed a scene at a farm that you actually passed about half way between Malvern and Waynesburg. Large farm at the base of a large hilly backdrop. It was on your right as you were headed out of Malvern. Part of the hill is visible in your tape. The movie was "Ohms". Starred Ralph Waite (Daddy Walton). No awards but a small claim to fame nonetheless.
