They create a outlet structure hireing people on short term just to create a bigger company value (once they sold the company those guys are all back on the street with no social compensation). It should not been an achievement being the greatest assholes of them all.

The host is an idiot. If it's legal, they should be allowed to copy. The risk of being copied is always calculated in the cost of any good entrepreneur's plan. Unless you can put up a legitimate barrier to entry for competition, you should expect to be copied. Companies with a true vision will always stay ahead of the game by continuing to innovate. Consumers should have a choice between the original and the knock-off, especially if the knock-offs learns to do it better.
