What do u reccomend playing, lock on d, or off ball??

It's not a specific, guaranteed time to use on/off ball defense. It's according to the situation & defensive skillset of the player.

ey buddy i need a bit help. instead of calling the defense zone at every play using the left directional button, how can i just leave it at zone without having to keep changing it? answer quick plz

Go to the coaching settings and turn the defensive play calling to MANUAL (USER). This will let you call a defense one time & your team will play that defense until you tell them to do otherwise.

This game's great but I cant keep the cpu under 150 points (like80% FG ) playing 12 minute quarters in all star difficulty. I find it ridiculous cuz I been playing the 2k series for like 4 years and I am a good player. The cpu never misses it gets a little ridiculous..

All-star is the default, average difficulty. If you're giving up over 35 pts per quarter on that difficulty, then it's your defense that's the problem. Find out where you're least effective and practice on majorly improving on that. If the cpu is hitting jumper on a regular basis, then you're not Contesting Shots well enough. If they're getting layups, then maybe it's you're not doing well with LockOnD or Defensive Rotations. Etc.....Find your weakness and turn it into a strenght.
