This is one that I use to a lesser degree although I often mix and match OnePlusTwo, TwoPlusTwo and OnePlusThree or OnePlusOne dependent on the circumstances. It's easier to combine approaches once you have worked them out separately.

Simply put Two fingers on the left then Two fingers on the right. The end result is a three octaves plus a third. In this example I'm playing a F major scale. to attain the last note I've set my expression.
