An update video on Institutional Homophobic abuse and attitudes as carried out against Cornish gay teen youth, Peter Midwood 2004-2008. Helston Cornwall

Institutional abuse, neglect, bullying homophobia and failure of 'Duty of Care' as carried out by Cornwall Constabulary, Cornwall Social Services, Cornwall Youth Services, Cornwall Education dept. and Helston Community School, also Peter's parents.

Peter's life has been violated by entrenched homophobic attitudes within the police & other Cornish authorities in Cornwall (UK)

The Intercom Trust, IPCC & the Cornwall judicial system, also failed Peter by endorsing Institutional Homophobia in Cornwall.

@chasis13 Yep, your right they are complete arseholes...and MOST of them have a police warrant card & are employed by Devon & Cornwall Constabulary. The level of viscious Cornwall police prejudice & discrimination is STILL continuing to this day!

This is so sad to see this happen. At 16, any child should be protected, not abandoned by there family. I cant believe what i just saw. My prayers go out to this young fellow, and to all the other people in the same situation.

@voltage2015 Peter was only 15yrs old when living on the streets to FULL knowledge of Cornwall's authorities. He & our family relentlessly targeted by homophobic Cornwall police over the last six years. Peter (who will be 22yrs old this year) despite trying to live with his family again returned as a tenant of my dear old 80yr old mum. Institutional Homophobia remains endemic & protected within Cornwall Social Services & Cornwall police. Cornwall Police = are the criminals we are warned about!

March 2011: Gaurdian newspaper report: Cornwall authorities:- Tory-controlled Cornwall county council, which has imposed cuts of 40% on local homeless charities at a time when official statistics show it has the highest number of rough sleepers in England after Westminster.

It is always very distressing how many mindless comments I have too refuse & decline from those who actually support homophobic hate crimes, even promote murder & assaults on gay persons & the Child Abuse by denying Peter statutory benefits & care as carried out by loathsome Cornwall Police (DC Magnus Scot) & Cornwall Social Services (Jim Walters) against Peter when he was a homeless child living rough.

Its amazing just how much scum is protected within the Cornwall police force.

this is so wrong.I didn't believe ppl could be this ignorant. if i every saw a person being neglected bc they were gay.i would take them in.its not right.if i had to chose between a homo son nd a straight son id would pick a homo son bc its not right tht ppl are actually treated this way.ppl should be treated EQUALLY! not based on their age or orientation.i almost cried wen i say this

I am chocked again!!! It is terrible what people can do to eachother. So cruel!! So naturally I will write a mail to enquires@cornwall.gov.uk and tell them they break human rights.
