Carnival Splendor - Passing under the Great Belt Bridge

This is the bridge between the Danish islands of
Zealand and Funen across the Great Belt.
We went under it during our cruise on the Carnival
Splendor's 2nd voyage. Sail date July 25, 2008

You can hear the cheers from the people just
above our deck (Spa-11) as we go under.
It sure seemed close!

@w7mag Carnival is based out of the Port Of Miami what port did you leave from & is that a special cruise or does Carnival have ships that sail to the far Pacific ?

@tierren We left from Dover, UK. I haven't checked Carnival's web site lately as it seems all the cruise lines are constantly changing what ships go where. We had a good time but then again, I just like the on board experience.
