@ecupirategirl08 Check your local animal shelters, and don't limit your search to TTB's because we found ours at a kill shelter listed as a catahoula mix but he is very clearly a Treeing Tennessee Brindle. Sometimes the shelters bring in so many dogs that they get in the habit of assigning the most common breeds without looking into these less known breed characteristics. Anyway, I'd say keep your eyes open by visiting all of your local shelter websites, and looking at the pics.

My wife has a Treeing Tennessee Brindle. They are so cute and just love to play! You will not find a better dog than a TTB. They are the sweetest dogs you will ever know. I love them so much!

where did you get this dog? I live in North Carolina if you could tell me where to find this breed I would be so appreciative. I've been looking and looking and can't seem to find anything. If you would please send me a message and let me know. Thanks!

He is super cute but NOT a good family pet if you live in an apartment or house with less than 5 acres. We walk him at least two hours a day and he's in search and rescue classes twice a week. They are a very very stubborn breed, hate to be alone (if he hasn't been for a walk in a few days he'll start to pee all over and eat things). If you've had a few dogs, are very active, and plan to take classes you'll have the best friend ever!
