This is a short movie shot with my new Flip Ultra HD camcorder, I have edited the footage in Premiere Pro CS3, I tried to upload with the software bundled with the Flip called FlipShare but after I used Flipshare to edit together a couple of clips it wouldnt upload to YouTube in 720P for some reason, So instead I opted for Premiere Pro.

Premiere Pro Settings for Adobe Media Encoder

Format - Quicktime
Range - Entire
Codec - H.264
Quality - 100
Frame Width - 1280
Frame Height - 720
Frame Rate - 30
Field - None (Progressive)
Pixels - Square Pixels (1.0)
Bit Depth - 24 Bit
Set Bitrate - 40000
Advanced - Set Key Frame - 30

These are the settings I used to encode this video after editing, for the 1 min video it turned out to be 200mb of disk space,

If anyone knows any better settings to make the file size smaller without losing that great 720p quality then please leave your tips in the comment section Below.

Thanks
