it would be awesome if you could find any videos on test 219 and other multi-megaton soviet tests. i have done myself some research and havent found any, sadly.

They're most likely not Russian at all. Many of the tests were done in Kazakhstan, which is where most of the space shuttle launches took place too. The best way to think of the Soviet Union is that it was a Union, not Russia. Russia was only one part. People in Kazakhstan suffer from various cancers nowadays, and steppe eagles were burned in the fire as they tried to take flight. I've heard Soviet troops euthanised them with a kick.

Tsar footage starts about 5:15, you are looking at Joe-19. There were no buildings where the Tsar was set off. Joe 19 on the other hand, was set of in Kazakhstan.
