  • I'm a black man but sometimes I feel that there is really no hope for black people both in the U.S. and throughout the world. Everywhere I look, in every society, black people are at the bottom. This depresses me because, when I venture to the ghettos of America, I see many blacks that just don't care about the direction of their lives. When I try to offer words of encouragement I'm called an Uncle Tom simply because I graduated from college. This makes me not give a fuck about many of them.

  • what he says at 1:21 is exactly what was happening at my middle school (about 10 years ago)!! Black kids who enjoyed school got made fun of and were called "white-wannabes." And white kids who didnt like rap were called racist. Black kids complain about being repressed and poor while they're degrading the value of education. Gee, maybe if u stopped being such a thug, had some self-respect and went to college u wouldn't be poor.

  • Most black and hispanic people are middle class. The reason why leftist aren't generalized as racist is because they don't make racist generalizations that nearly all conservatives do. It's not uncommon for conservatives to say all blacks and Hispanics are lazy and there are few good ones. Conservatives are generally racist.

  • @PressXtonotdie Oops, I meant "defending." Excuse my previous typo.

  • @PressXtonotdie Maori people are not black. They only call themselves black because they are marginalized like black people throughout the world. Rejecting "whiteness" and embracing "black" culture is a way of defedning oneself against white people's notions of their own cultural superiority.

  • @Sonyag1 I wish you the very best in life. Keep a tunnel vision and brush off the haters. They're only hating because you are shining. Love your haters because they only make you look better.

  • @Thedarksecret1

I'm black, graduated from college and graduate school and feel the same way. Had to leave all of the lazy suckers behind.

  • @artaddiction101 The funny thing is; this bleeds world wide. I live in -new zealand- Maori, the native people of New Zealand, who're black, call themselves niggers, think american black culture is cool and as someone white who grew up in a 90% maori town, I got a fuckton of crap from underachieving people who thought these silly notions were cool and the fact that I got good grades was somehow pathetic. and the other white guys in the town called each other niggers. Stupidity is global.

  • Bill Cosby is the pinnacle of black culture in our country and he is RIGHT. the words nigger, nigga, (& to a certain extent, negro) need to be eradicated from American English. What if your 5 year old child had nevver heard the word(s), then listens to two people using these terms with each other? It's horrifying to see a child witness this insanity. They are terms of subjugation, hatred and bigotry that can't be tolerated anymore. PERIOD!!!

  • People who want to blame their problems on somebody else all the time are just immature. Take some responsibility people whether your white, black, blue, purple or whatever.

  • What Bill is saying doesn't only apply to the black community anymore. At school, I see just as many Whites and Mexicans with the same attitude. it's no longer "black" culture, it's something that is now prevalent in all races in America. It's a culture which celebrates mediocrity, and it needs to be stopped by all races, for all races, in the name of the supreme race- Humanity.

  • Finally, someone has said this. Go Bill.
