Watch my progress over the years, it is an amazing accomplishment for me. It took a lot of hard work.

I recorded all of jump shot workouts over a 3 year span. My shot was REALLY bad when i first start. What did I do to improve it?

I watched my favorite players, Kobe, Lebron, Dirk and Gilbert Arenas and compared my shooting form with theirs. I then started recording my work outs and came to the realization that my shot was no where near professional. I slowly changed my shot by shooting a high repetition of shots consistently.
