I HATE THIS
i always die at bridges or the stupid cars get in my way and flip me right near the end
BUT now i have unlimited health and unlimited vehicle turbos

hero mode is when u restart the game with everything u have currently unlocked in your complete game ( some Dark Jak powers may be taken away not sure )

Oh, those practice shooting parts are a real bitch to pass! There's only 2 of them, thank almighty, but the second mod for the red gun is a pisser.
I can't help you with words, you gotta watch my video for that part. Can't explain how I passed it.
