BareBonesMusic.com caught up with Ray Luzier, drummer of KORN, back stage in the band's dressing room at the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival. Having just given a sit down interview with Agent eX, Ray hopped up and sat down behind a practice drum set in the band's room. Ray then gave a drum lesson, section by section, on how to play the band's latest single "Oildale (Leave Me Alone)" of their new album "Korn III: Remember Who You Are". Also making a guest appearance in this video is Munky, guitar player for the band.

  • I'm a guitarist. I have NEVER wanted to play the drums before.....Until I saw Ray Luzier. He is a fucking ANIMAL on those drums. I LOVE it. Makes me wanna play (makes me horny as hell. Lmmfao). Unfortunately, there's no room in my place for a drum set. I already have three guitars.

One way or the other, I'm gonna learn to play the drums.

  • every time i see a video of him i want to play drums *__*

  • Lolol 4:05 Munky

  • eugh.. i really used to not like this guy..but after this interview i think that he's actually....a pretty damn good and cool guy

alot more respect for you ray and i apologise for ever doubting you

  • absolute gnarliest stache

  • 2:42 - 2:56 best part I think ;)

  • Ray is great at playing what david did, not at adding something new to korn

he does not have that unique groove that david had

  • All you beginning drummers out there take his advice seriously when he says to always remember the basics!

  • @kingofDeobloscorpse David is good, but Ray is much better. Throw anything at Ray and he can play it.
