The beauty of the WE M4/Scar is you can easily switch from CO2 and Gas by having either CO2 or gas magazines. Sure those mags are expensive as fuck but it's a nice system.
Remember kids, in low temperatures (less than 20c) gas is going to shoot at ~300 - 350 FPS, CO2 on the other hand always keeps a nice FPS and ROF at almost any temperature.
Both gas and CO2 will however degrade in performance the more you shoot, it gets really cold inside the gas mag/co2 cartridge and that drops pressure!

The gas was shooting 500+
If thats stock, I'm guessing it was easily 30 degress celcius, maybe more.
Would match up with the hong kong summer
