We count ourselves very lucky to have had the teaching and mentors that we have. We continue to strive towards our own quest of living fuller, healthier, happier lives... Spiritual Warriors among the urban landscape. Our wish is to share this living philosophy with everyone who's lives we touch, both near and far.
This is my training. It may not be right for you, but I hope this video inspires you to continue to strive towards your dreams and aspirations.

@skfbz Thank you for watching =) I have not had the pleasure of meeting yan ming yet... hopefully one day! myself and Will have been training with shifu yan lei and shi yanzi for over 10 years now... time flies... we only study shaolin gong fu / sanda, qi gong and yoga, however, when we go to fight we often enter k1 rules and muay thai events. please take a moment to share our video with your friends, all your support really helps us spread the gong fu london word. thanks again. dom.
