ñ tem outro site pra pedir certificados que seja em inglês? Pq o OPDA eu já pedir tem um mês e ñ chegou nada!!!!!

AVISO a TODOS: o OPDA está com problemas técnicos e por isso o sistema de emissão de certificados deles está em manutenção, sem previsão de retorno. Eles já estão trabalhando para que tudo volte ao normal o mais breve possível.

You have to sign the app you want to install first (online in OPDA, like I showed in this video, or usign a signing application, like Signsis in PC or MobileSigner in your mobile), and then you can install it.
