Switch Labs: Hand vs Machine

We wanted to find out once and for all which method really uses less energy -- hand washing or using the dishwasher.

So, we gave our hosts Kate and Stan, a lot of dirty dishes (You're welcome guys!). They tested three different methods of hand washing and three different types of dishwashers to find the most efficient method. You might be surprised by the results.
