Your lenovo build is still a largely inferior machine overall.
Shit, look at the cache on your processor. HALF of what you get on the MBP. Your display is a lower resolution and isn't LED backlit. On top of that, no multitouch interface.
all of that = crappy lenovo.

Come to think about it, there is only one Lenovo 530 that has ddr3 ram.
But hell, look at how shitty the processor is!
HALF the cache and SLOWER than what is offered on a 15" Macbook pro. Lower resolution display. NOT LED Backlit. HEAVY AS SHIT! 9500m g =/= 9600m

The ONLY line of ideapad that has DDR3 ram is the Useries. The OTHER ideapads DO NOT have DDR3 RAM!
Y ans S series= slowass PC2-5300 DDR2 SDRAM 667MHz
Also, The U series has a shit-slow processor maxing out at 1.6 ghz

Lenovo's resistive touch screen interface is pretty shitty. when you compare it to the more advanced capacitive touch technology used in Apple's multitouch devices.
