Fire Station 13

Signal 51 Group had their monthly meeting at Station 13. In the station are Battalion Chief 6, Engine 13 and Medic 13. Only Medic 13 rolled during our meeting. Medic 13 was using spare unit 30 while their regular rig was in for service.

@martintheman16 Medic 13 is a remount of a old medic unit. They've got some newer 08 and 09 International Medics with a different paint scheme.

@zaffdoc I like Internationals, they are great in my eyes. What areas do you cover. I cover Illinois for now, mostly my area.

@MrJakemoffitt The chief at that time suggested that we do so, but it was stored at a remote fire station and it would have taken too long to retrive it. Anyway the motor blew up on it and it was too costly to repair. On 99% of the fires Signal 51 responds to we use now use our POVs with refresshments. In the past on major incidences we used the Salvation Army Disaster Canteen, but the SFD built us a trailer with a cooling fan, chairs and other stuff needed at a major incident.
