Listen, George Carlin's humor and politics may have ruffled many people and may have been too raw for many people's taste, but that shouldn't be a reason to banish him and censure his comedy. I admit it. I personally do not like his material, but I would be the first to fight for him to have the right to perform it. I thought the First Amendment meant that everyone has equal right to say or broadcast anything, regardless of content and intent.
