@Bladerunner55217 Yea basically. I don't know if it's a good or bad thing, but that's really the differences I see between your technique and Dolgopolov's 8).
You both have very fast motions, hit early, and the racket travels a similar swing.
Dolgopolov's serve is extremely hard to read.

@CrossfireCritic For the first 5 months of play I used original big banger luxillon and loved it. But after getting to know the strings I didn't like that the strings would go from good to absolutely dead instead of gradually loosing playability.
So I researched and went with ashaway crossfire II 18 gage kevlar hybrid. It is sweeeeeeeeeeeet .. pockets the ball like no other. Low tensions 50 45
i think the serve would be good if the ball toss was higher and you hit them in but apart from that yeah its average

Quite a decent serve. The scenery is spectacular, though 8)
What do you think of my serve, Bladerunner55217?
There's a video in my uploads.
Left hand action could be better, I mean having your hand stretched out upwards to get more uplift power.

@BrainSane237 Yea h your right about the left hand . I also am going to try and get more forward /up movement towards the ball for more height so as to get more rise after the bounce. But after watching dolopgo (spelling wrong) I figured dam this kid is serving just like me lol. So maybe I don't have to change that much but for sure use my left arm . Thanks for your pointer ! I will check your serve out to.

@Bladerunner55217 Yea your serve resembles Dolgopolov's serve quite a bit, with the difference A) the left hand, as discussed before, and B) his racket speed is already there before the racket drop, while your acceleration really starts after the racket drop. If you get what I mean...

@BrainSane237 ah yes . So get my swing started earlier as one full motion. Is that right?
Bladerunner55217 10 months ago
@BrainSane237 and the left hand will help that !
