  • Your comment was extremely rude and shows your ignorance. I know many people that would prefer to hire a lawyer like her since it shows she never gave up and will fight tooth and nail for her case. I am extremely proud of her and I don't even know her. Thanks for sharing your story it's very encouraging.

  • @josbo51715 "The bar exam has nothing to do with competence" what a stupid statement. What does it have to do with then?, or any other exam for that matter if not competence in the exam material. Would you like to have a doctor operate on you who flunked out of medical school 13 times or one who passed first time?

  • @josbo51715 They probably make the bar exam really hard, to try and have fewer lawyers, since the field is so saturated. Some states only allow you to take the bar so many times.

  • @jetulik Are you aware that former Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, Charles Evan Hughes failed the bar exam 7 times before finally passing? If the Chief Justice on the highest court in the country can fail the bar exam, why are you holding this woman to a higher standard? Furthermore, most attorneys wouldn't be able to pass the bar exam without studying the material again. They are only competent to practice law during the examination. Afterwards, they forget the material.

  • Great job! Way to stick it out. I'd have given up after the 3rd failure....

  • I would hire her for my attorney, she shows dedication and persistence.

  • @me4sexyyou And being a housewife makes someone a loser? Oh please.

  • @josbo51715 That is just sad.

  • @amb1ent Who said I was taking it?

  • @jetulik Umm... the bar exam is a money making scam for the testing industry. It also allows law firms to charge egregious legal fees because the bar exam eliminates competition. It has nothing to do with competence. The bar exam does not test actually clinical skills, It test rote memorization. It actually makes attorneys less prepared for practice, Law schools teach the subjects that will be tested on the bar exam and neglect skill oriented courses.

  • Great for you!! What an incredible story :)

  • @jetulik we fail because of fear, not because we don't have what it takes. competence. I have a friend who had 4.0 from 1st grade til high school. graduated with honors and became a house wife because of fear. that is very common.
