i like using a flat palm sometimes if i do a coffee grinder. but my teacher says i'll injure myself. what do u think yoeri?

@Effervescenceify You wont injure yourself, but like the guy in the vid says, it looks better on fingers, and i guess it puts less stress on wrists, which are prone to injury

but 1 question how to do footwork on your fingertips? cant do that hurts too much how i can practise holding myself on the fingertips? thanks

just build it up.. At first an airchair is very uncomfortable to hold, but if you practice enough you'll get used to it. Same for your fingertips
