While a semi-inletted rifle stock has 98 percent of the inletting complete, most of the work is yet to be done. Larry Potterfield, Founder and CEO of MidwayUSA, demonstrates the process for final inletting a rifle stock with a Remington model 700 barreled action. This slow, detail oriented process requires only a selection of chisels, some inletting black, stockmakers screws, and a steady hand. Watch along.

  • @JOHNFMKN He makes everything look easy lols, the man is a gunsmithing master!

  • Gunsmithing is easy... if you have the right tools. It's what literally separates a good smith from a bad smith. After all, would you want someone working on your car when all they have is a pair of pliers? I think no.
