I love the Alexander Technique - I'm applying it to my piano playing (on very heavy-duty repertoire) and it is amazing how something so subtle as moving and keeping the head forward and up can bring such amazing results - it's as if my musical thoughts just come automatically without any effort (I have the impression that my fingers are moving by themselves and I'm amazed by the range of motion the human body is capable of). It can be applied to all activities and thoughts
I congratulate my self for finding this precious material and thank you for making it available.
