@Satyriasis92 So yah the Allies just trumpeted Germans tanks and factories with their Air Support, napalm was such a brutal way to die.

And I was talking about tanks that had high influence in the war, how does that include the 20 M26s that actually made it to Europe in the closing moths of the war, long after it was decided who was going to win.

@Arkenald the strategy from the Us was to rush forward with inf and light tank support and if heavy tanks come up the Air was there to kill them cause germanys air support was gone since of the battle for britian the first heavy tank made by the US was the M26 Pershing and after war he was titled with medium again...so there was only way to kill german tanks for the US in russia german tanks only could drive well in summer and in winter it was just over with heavy tanks only P4 or Pant

And blah to Air support, it's just too good, trumping battle ships that would otherwise be unstoppable, highways of tanks.

Well that's the evolution of warfare.

Too bad air can't secure and hold positions like armor and infantry can. And even when i tanks runs out of fuel you can at least continue to fire it's weaponry.

@Satyriasis92 "no steel or fuel' sums it up well, that and by 44, the Americans had destroyed over 40% of factories.

But the more influential tanks i find were the PzIII, they proved their names being one of the swiftest tanks for the Blitzkrieg, and summing up the majority of Russian tank kills in up until early 43, but by then they were being modified into StuGs, the deadliest tank hunter in the world. Mixing light mobility, heavy frontal armor and weaponry to the front lines.

@Arkenald The Maus was just a Prototype my friend only a few were builded xDD !! And the Tiger was one of the best tigers but his Armor was strong but not dynamic enough like a wall and that was bad.The best tank in WW2 was the Panther Ausf.G. heavy dynamic armor and good gun and fast enough but it wasnt that the Germans build to much super tanks they already had them Tiger 2(King Tiger) and Jagdtiger they got no steel and fuel left so no more tanks and dont forget Air beats Tanks

what I really like about Sabaton is even though they rock like fuck, and throw the metal in every direction they also teach us a lesson in history's greatest battles and heroes
