Question? Say I wanted to buy a Tippman, and didnt want to upgrade the board or anything on it. Play right out of the box. looking for 12 to 20 balls a second-what ever... Which tippman should I get, I already have a 98 custom semi-auto, looking for another gun. LIKE the a5 but A-5 what though??Cool thanks man

you cant just buy a right out of the box a-5 that will do 20bps

its a lot of upgrades and money to get it to be like mine or other peoples. The closest you could get would be to buy an egrip a5 but thats still not going to be out of the box 20bps.

Egrip X7 would work too

it depends on what you want to do

the a-5 is a very reliable gun so you would probably be better off just throwing in an E-grip and modding your vortex

well that is completely wrong, Flatlines are a huge plus to tippmanns, but if your a woodsballer, tippmanns are the only real way to go, tippmanns are teh best woodsball guns period, there reliable easy to clean and fix, and are very durable, i agree there is no reason in the world to use a tippmann if your playin speedball but woodsball nothing is beter

@TheItalian26 i wouldnt say better but it def is cheaper. get a nice gun and your good. i play a bit here and there but im not real into it. just a fun thing to do when you dont feel like spending the money for paintball (paint, entry, etc. if i play a match in my backyard the rent-a-cops are right there) so airsoft is fun and also good to just have fun in the backyard
