On a serious note though, what's this "EXT4" app and DarkyROM Tool had the UNISTALL and INSTALL function, does this one have the same or similar feature or is there an app that'll take care of this?

In terms of uninstall etc: that can be done via the OTA app (coming soon in stores near you)
In terms of EXT4 = also the OTA app.
EXT4 app in the video or in this ROM is just to convert the filesystem (EXT4 > RFS) - its faster, and thus the "lagfix"
