i wouldnt say this is the worste ive ever seen, but the mistake your making is on the top 2 strings... you for example have both fingers on 5th string, if you want that to sound good put it in drop d tuning, if not, do 5 on top string and 7 on 5th string :) making it a power chord. hope i helped :)

may i suggest an electric tuner? just plug in your guitar and hit the note and it tells you whether to go up or down. other than that it was good for a beginner. : )
