Right on Inday, and what a beautiful woman you are. You brought back all my memories of my Nanay and Tatay, and my Filipino culture. Dahil Sa Yo brought tears to my eyes. I have such a love for Jazz, my father and uncles were Jazz musician and we always had music in the house. I didn't get to your UHHilo performance last night, hope I can catch you another time. Fortunate that I discovered your music. Mabuhay and Aloha!

I got to see her in Bergenfield, NJ last year or the year before . She was fantastic. I wish she would be here more often to enrich the local music culture in this town. Would be great if she was based over here, then we'd get to enjoy her lots more often.

Beautiful version of a classic! You are truly just beautiful, Ms. Clamor. i am a fan of your work. You're rare in the Filipino entertainment. Which is unfortunate.

What a great singer you are Charmaine! Not to remiss mentioning your guitar playing compadre who played the guitar beautifully.

@milesaway56 FYI It's TAGALOG (the Philippine language) and FILIPINO/PILIPINO is the race of people!

Nice. Never heard of her. Been out of PI for a while. This is a bolero song really. And if you want it to swing some, you need to Cubanize/Puerto Ricanize it a bit. The Django Rhinehardt guitar strumming killed it, plus he got that amp so loud. Most Pimoy's won't dig this or they would but it won't sink immediately.
She has a good voice though, terrific singer and salvaged the number. I'll definitely check her out. I am in ABQ so may need to visit my sister in California.

loved it
Far and away the best version of this classic song ever recorded. Miss Charmaine has rescued an old and tired tune and made it fresh and relevant again. Jazzipino has arrived!
