no...he never got completely inverted because he was preparing for the roll. Now, this is deffinately not his best vault, but his best push-off was 124cm, and that's better than any 6-meter vaulter

I've seen videos of him before he actually did this roll and he even then had an insane top. He was definitely able to get inverted.
